The Lycée Français René Descartes and the Institut Français du Cambodge collaborated to welcome small groups of students. The students spent one hour per group over three mornings in the garden of the Institute.
It was a real pleasure for our kindergarten students to finally see each other in the flesh after several weeks of distance learning.
The children were able to meet their teachers, teachers’ assistants, and Khmer and French as a Foreign Language (FLE) teachers as well as Virginie from the kindergarten Documentary Center Library (BCD).
They were able to play together, listen to stories, do artistic activities and discover the “Mats, Tablecloths, Mappes” exhibition, accompanied by the IFC mediation team, before reuniting with their parents.
The entire LFRD team is delighted to have been reunited with their students!
We thank the IFC for hosting us on these special days.
