Science, sports, and nature for the “secondes”

The secondes were in Kampot for 5 days in the field. With a focus on life and earth sciences and sports.
Orienteering, visit of a pepper farm and the mangrove, almost 8km of canoeing, biodiversity inventory, speleology, soil study, … They have not been idle!

Through several activities (speleology, visit of a farm, salt pans, mangrove preserved by a fishermen association), the students were able to study biodiversity, erosion, agrosystems. They also developed skills related to outdoor physical activities: canoeing, climbing, orientation.
In the framework of the EMC (Moral and Civic Education), they questioned themselves on the development of the territory, especially in Kep.

A very enriching stay which allowed them to get to know each other better, to become more autonomous, to discover the local culture and the environment
